Join the Watermark Retirement Communities team as a Driver. Watermark is a leader in senior housing, committed to exceptional care and innovation. The Driver role supports transportation for residents and event support.

• Provide safe, reliable transportation for residents to appointments, events, and community activities.
• Operate and maintain the community’s 14‑passenger bus and assist residents with boarding, wheelchair transport, and vehicle securement.
• Work flexible PRN shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the community schedule.
• Maintain a clean, professional vehicle appearance and vehicle safety standards.

• Minimum 3 years of driving experience.
• Current, valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Strong commitment to safety, compassion, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift, push, and assist residents, including wheelchairs and walkers.
• High‑profile 14‑passenger bus experience or willingness to learn driving a retrofitted bus.
• Excellent SAFE work ethic and organized, detail‑oriented work style.
