This company is a great way for people to get a jump on others through their group classes of exercise or the personal training they could receive. Throughout the day I am working with the different coaches either helping coach the certain classes they have or just shadowing to give me a better understanding of how to approach these situations on my own.

Everybody there is very helpful and wants to see me succeed, which gives me a great overall feeling about the company.
