Provide coaching to all participating students in extracurricular athletic activities channeled into healthy pursuits that teach sportsmanship and teamwork and build personal confidence. Enforce the philosophy “Every Player Plays”.

• Maintain inventory and responsibility for all equipment, supplies, and uniforms.
• Follow and enforce applicable school policies and rules, including eligibility rules and AIA or BCI rules at the MS level.
• Ensure the participation of all interested students at MS level.
• Make and verify arrangements for games, including scheduling of facilities, transportation, officials, etc. at MS Level.
• Attend league meetings and activities when appropriate.
• Demonstrate good sportsmanship.
• Maintain Athletic Eligibility compliance (require a current physical, insurance information on file, clearance slips, academic standing, teacher eligibility verification, adherence to all eligibility policies).
• Adhere to Uniform Policy and Procedures (check out uniforms to the coach, check in uniforms within one week after season ends, give uniforms only to eligible students).
• Perform all physical requirements (stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, lift and/or move up to 75 pounds, meet vision abilities).
• Work in a moderate‑noise environment with reasonable accommodations if needed.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• CPR and First Aid required for High School.
