Pilates Instructor

We are now hiring a Pilates Instructor to work in one of the fastest‑growing fitness franchises that genuinely changes lives with passion. The role is contractor‑based and focuses on delivering exceptional classes to our members.

• Lead fitness classes with flexible scheduling.
• Provide exceptional instruction and motivation to participants during each class.
• Ensure all classes are entered into our operational software and phone app accurately.
• Record the outcomes of each class, including attendance and any relevant metrics.
• Process all payments owed for classes through our company's POS software, ABC Financial.
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to maintain a cohesive class schedule and atmosphere.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.

• Previous experience as a fitness class instructor, preferably in a gym or fitness center setting.
• Certification in group fitness instruction (e.g., ACE, NASM, AFAA) preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire participants of all fitness levels.
• Reliable and punctual with a flexible schedule to accommodate class times.
• Comfortable using technology, including operational software and apps.
• Must have the ability to work as a contractor and provide services beyond those included in the gym facility by W‑4 employees.
