🚀 The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our agile Software Development Team within Pathology Lab R&D in Tucson, AZ. This role goes beyond identifying defects—you will design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies, automation frameworks, and test cases to ensure top-quality software delivery.
🎯 What You’ll Do- 🛠️ Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and test cases
- ✅ Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and acceptance testing
- 🤖 Use AI-driven tools for automated test planning, execution, analysis, and reporting
- 🔄 Work with CI/CD pipelines and test management tools
- 5+ years progressive experience in software development and testing, with a focus on automation framework design
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (black-box, white-box, regression, integration, system testing, etc.)
- Experience with automation tools
:
Selenium, Appium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG - Proficient in Python, Java, or C#
- Skilled in CI/CD & test management
:
Jira, HP ALM, Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Azure Dev Ops - Hands-on experience with AI tools for automated testing
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Work on innovative R&D projects in pathology software
- Collaborate with a high-performing agile team
- Leverage your expertise in automation and AI-driven testing
