A leading biotech company is seeking an experienced Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join their agile Software Development Team within the Pathology Lab R&D. This role extends beyond just identifying defects and will be vital in designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test strategies, automation frameworks, and test cases.

• 5+ years progressive experience in software development and testing, with a significant focus on test automation framework design and implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc.)
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (black-box, white-box, functional, non-functional, regression, integration, system, acceptance).
• Significant experience with industry-standard test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG).
• Adept in at least one object-oriented programming and scripting language used for test automation (e.g., Python, Java, C#).
• Proficient using CI/CD tools and test management tools and processes (e.g., Jira, HP ALM, Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Azure Dev Ops).
• Experience using AI tools to perform automated test planning, development, execution, analysis and reporting.
• Proven experience in mentoring and training junior team members.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
