Remote Make an Impact Where It Matters Most Blue Rose Consulting Group is immediately hiring Triage Counselors / Consultants to support Military One Source (MOS), a vital program serving Service Members and their families worldwide. In this role, you will serve as the first point of support for individuals seeking guidance during challenging moments. You will assess needs, triage concerns, and connect Service Members and their families to appropriate non-medical counseling and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) resources.

This position calls for sound judgment, emotional intelligence, and the ability to navigate high-risk and sensitive situations with professionalism, compassion, and care. Military families face unique and often complex stressors. As the initial voice they hear, you play a pivotal role in helping them navigate challenges and connect to the right support at the right time. What You'll Do
* Assess caller needs and determine appropriate courses of action for Military One Source core services
* Triage and de-escalate high-risk calls, including appropriate response to Duty to Warn situations
* Document interactions, conduct follow-up, and complete required reporting in accordance with MOS program standards
* Deliver a compassionate, high-quality customer service experience, even when immediate solutions may not be available
* Operate in a fully virtual environment using provided case management systems (CMS) Requirements:
* Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
* Experience working with military Service Members, Veterans, or their families
* Active DoD MC&FP Tier 2 (Low-Risk) Suitability determination
* Willingness to support shift work, as needed
