The role includes case management duties such as preparing documentation, educating clients, and making referrals. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field, along with required experience in case management and excellent communication skills.
Preferred candidates are bilingual and possess a valid Arizona Driver's License.
