A client in the construction industry is looking to add 4 Field Mechanics to their team in Tucson, Arizona. They will be responsible for ensuring all construction equipment and vehicles are maintained in job-ready conditions through preventative maintenance and repairs. They will also be responsible for troubleshooting hydraulic, electrical, and engine systems, performing on-site repairs, and collaborating with vendors to resolve service issues.
They will have weekly calls with their regional/national director to go over internal tickets and work orders. After this, they will plan out their schedule and time their travel for the rest of the week. They must be able to maintain a DOT physical for driving commercial vehicles. They will work Monday-Friday on a 8-5 PM work schedule. They will be given a company credit card for hotel and food purposes and a company vehicle for travel.
Haves
- Associate's Degree or 5 years of equivalent experience
- Ability to work on hydraulic and air braking systems
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues
- Hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs
- Safety

- CDL license
