Core Responsibilities:
- Responding to maintenance requests and handling any necessary repairs in a timely manner.
- Performing inspections and routine maintenance on fixtures and equipment, including light electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and grounds work.
- Keeping appropriate documentation of equipment inspections, problems and repairs.
- Maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
Desired Qualifications and
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience with building maintenance (plumbing, electrical, landscaping, etc.) is required.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving abilities.
- Familiarity with hand-held tools and maintenance equipment.
- Ability to work independently and complete task lists with efficiency.
- Physical strength, dexterity and stamina to lift and maneuver around equipment, and walk or stand for extended periods.
- OSHA 10 training is preferred.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
