Entry Level Laborer

About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Entry Level Laborer to support daily shop and/or field operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are reliable, physically capable, and willing to follow direction while contributing to a safe and productive work environment.

• Perform general labor duties as assigned
• Support crews with daily operational tasks
• Follow all safety procedures and job site rules
• Operate overhead cranes safely when required
• Use time efficiently to complete assigned tasks
• Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Follow oral and written instructions accurately
• Assist with additional duties as needed

• Safety-conscious with an incident-free mindset
• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Positive attitude and willingness to work
• Adheres to company code of ethics and employee handbook at all times

• Entry-level position; no prior experience required
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
• Ability to operate overhead cranes safely (training provided if required)
• Strong time-management skills
• Willingness to perform a variety of tasks as assigned
