Compensation: $29–$45 hourly flat rate.

• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance systems
• Perform scheduled maintenance on RVs (oil changes, battery checks, tire/brake checks, sealant inspections)
• Install RV accessories (hitches, slide toppers, awnings, backup cameras, satellite systems, furniture, etc.)
• Track all parts and materials and document diagnostics, causes, and repairs in work orders
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and managers about job status, additional needs, and timing
• Ensure final product meets quality standards before returning to the customer
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Attend required paid company training and stay up to date with product knowledge

• 1+ year of experience in mechanical, maintenance, repair, or technical repair (RV experience a plus)
• Comfortable using hand or power tools and working in various environmental conditions (heat, cold, heights, noise, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistance
• Basic hand/shop tools required

• Certification in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related trade
• RVTi or RVIA certification
• Experience with diagnostic software or systems used in RV maintenance
