Light Industrial/Manufacturing Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Technician (Tucson, AZ)

PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking an Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Technician, in Tucson, AZ.

A&P Technicians are playing an essential role in our business. You will troubleshoot, repair, inspect and perform maintenance on customer aircraft often working directly with clients to help them find solutions.

• You have an Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license
• You have a minimum of 2 years' experience either on aircraft, fixed wing or rotary or Military aircraft
• If you have a TN Visa, you must have a minimum of 5 years' experience either on fixed wing, rotary or Military aircraft
• You have business aircraft experience (Preferred)
• You have the ability to interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings
• You have the ability to effectively communicate in English both written and verbal form on individual and/or aircraft status
• You own a basic set of hand tools with the ability to demonstrate inventory & control of tools
• You must obtain appropriate Ground Support Equipment Qualifications as required
• You have the ability to work unscheduled overtime including nonscheduled work days and holidays
• You have the ability to work in seasonal/inclement weather outside
• You have basic PC skills
• You have the ability to obtain a Security Identification Display Area badge (SIDA) (If applicable)
