At Pauley Construction, LLC, as a Technician Quality Control Field, you’ll ensure that construction or installation work meets specified standards by performing inspections, conducting tests, and monitoring compliance throughout projects. You’ll address issues, document findings, and collaborate with teams to implement improvements and maintain high-quality outcomes.

What You’ll Do
  • Work in the field reviewing active construction projects, walk and review completed construction projects ensuring site clean‑up, close‑out documentation is fulfilled.
  • Ensure active construction work is completed to Pauley’s requirements and customer satisfaction and requirements.
  • Ensure internal CORE documentation matches the completed LCS and customer requirements, verify and report to market leadership of issues or lack of documentation or compliance issues.
  • Make minor field corrections to installations should issues be identified.
  • Handle small materials, run small materials to field crews.
  • Operate, work, and report via general computer applications.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
  • Valid state driver’s license (non‑provisional) with an acceptable driving record.
  • Must pass a background check and company drug screening.
  • Must attend and complete all company‑required training as needed.
  • May be required to work overtime, after hours, weekends, or be on‑call as needed.
  • May instituate nights and holidays as required.

  • Aerial construction experience preferred.
  • You are a problem solver.
  • Computer skills.
  • You are willing to work in a solo and team environment.
  • You have experience working in all weather conditions, including inclement weather.
  • You are a self‑starter.
  • You have effective communication skills.
Physical & Safety Requirements and the Working Environment
  • Duties require standing, crouching, sitting, bending, hand use, reaching high and low spaces, and standing for moderate periods during the shift.
  • Noisy work environment may be moderate.

    - Employees performing this position are routinely exposed to outside weather conditions including extreme heat and cold, rain, snow, sleet, dust, and adverse driving conditions.
  • Employees may be required to lift or move up to 10 pounds and frequently up to 50 pounds.
  • Possible exposure to dust, fumes, or airborne pathogens.
  • Possible exposure to toxic or corrosive chemicals as well as moving machinery parts.
  • Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus near or far.
Pay Range

The hourly range for the Technician Quality Control Field position is $21.00 - $25.00, depending on experience.
