Senior Maintenance Technician

Join our team as a Senior Maintenance Technician at our Tucson House location!

We are seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Tucson House location. In this role, you'll perform a wide range of maintenance tasks across occupied and vacant units, common areas, and building systems. You'll ensure timely and high-quality service, coordinate make-ready units, diagnose and resolve maintenance issues, and uphold safety and operational standards.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pool, carpentry, drywall, and appliance issues

• Manage service requests using property management software

• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs with the Property Manager

• Maintain schedules for apartment make-readies and ensure timely completion

• Inspect buildings, grounds, and common areas for safety and cleanliness

• Respond to on-call emergencies and communicate with vendors as needed

What You'll Bring

• Minimum three years of experience in property or building maintenance

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

• HVAC-EPA (Type II) or EPA Universal certification required

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification required

• Technical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pools, carpentry, drywall, and appliance repair

• Ability to work independently and handle on-call emergencies
