Cool Willy’s Heating & Cooling – Tucson, AZ

Cool Willy’s Heating & Cooling is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Trades Dispatcher to join our team in Tucson! If you thrive in a fast‑paced service environment, know how to keep technicians moving efficiently, and are comfortable working in Service Titan, we want to hear from you.

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Pay: $18–$21 per hour, depending on experience
• Location: Tucson, AZ

• Dispatch and schedule service technicians efficiently throughout the day
• Manage closes out technicians, assuring information, parts, and pay are correct
• Utilize Service Titan to schedule jobs, manage technician workflows, and update job statuses
• Update clients on appointment times
• Handle schedule changes, emergencies, and priority calls with confidence
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow‑up

• Previous dispatcher experience in the trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar)
• Hands‑on experience with Service Titan (required)
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Ability to stay calm and solutions‑focused in a fast‑paced environment
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and team‑focused mindset
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
