• Primary driver of service trucks.
• Make initial contact with the person in charge at the site and explain the day’s work.
• Install HVAC filters in various types of air handlers.
• Clean and dispose of all debris and spent filters from roof tops.
• Perform visual inspections of each unit during the service.
• Complete work assigned to Service Tech I.
• Date and record initial filter placement in filter bank.
• Take notes of any deficiencies and forward them to the manager to contact the customer.
• Upon completion, remove and dispose of all trash created from the work.
• Obtain paperwork signatures.
• Maintain the service truck and ensure it follows the vehicle specification guide.
• Accountability for all tools.
• Load and unload the truck.
• Make deliveries and pickups when necessary.
• Work as a team player with others.
• Travel out of town for service jobs on occasion.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma.
• Transportation to the branch.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds as needed.
• Experience working indoors and outdoors.
• Experience driving 16‑ft box trucks.
• Comfortable working with hand tools.
• Basic HVAC technical knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a DOT Physical Examination.
• Basic math skills for calculating percentages and verifying figures.
• Strong communication skills with customers and co‑workers.
• Physical demands and safety requirements: ability to lift up to 50 pounds, sit/stand for extended periods, operate a computer and keyboard accurately, climb ladders and stairs, use safety glasses, wear closed‑toe shoes and long pants, avoid sleeveless shirts in the warehouse.
• Readiness to work in partially indoor and partially outdoor warehouse environments, and awareness of forklift traffic.
