Tuesday-Saturday | 8:30am-5:30pm

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a talented Maintenance Technician to address apartment and property maintenance duties, maintain the highest standards in customer service and curb appeal, and promote safety and risk management.

• Perform various maintenance functions including repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance.
• Perform general carpentry duties such as wallboard repair, counter top/cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, window/glass repair, door/lock repair, and ceramic tile repair.
• Perform proactive preventative maintenance including siding, painting, lighting, sprinkler, pool, golf-cart, elevator, and more.
• Maintain work order system, inspect property grounds and common areas, and assist with property emergencies.
• Communicate with maintenance leadership concerning all maintenance issues and participate in emergency on-call/after-hours maintenance assignments.
• Promote customer satisfaction, maintain a professional demeanor, and adhere to company risk management program.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry or directly related field.
• Possess general maintenance and general carpentry skills.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to others.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multi-task.
