Are you a certified HVAC / Refrigeration Technician looking to build your career? The Arcticom Group Refrigeration (TAGR) is seeking Journey Level Refrigeration Technicians for commercial service work around Tucson, AZ.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain, diagnose, and repair various refrigeration systems, including mechanical and electrical components (e.g., self-contained coolers and freezers, single and rack systems).
  • Perform minor plumbing repairs on refrigeration equipment, such as drain lines and cooling towers.
  • Inspect plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration systems to identify specifications and issues.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs for HVAC and Refrigeration.
  • Collaborate with grocery store managers and directors.
  • Quote repairs and suggest replacements when necessary.
  • Maintain proper inventory of tools, safety equipment, and van stock.

  • Good judgment in the use of supplies and materials.
  • Attention to detail and strong diagnostic skills.
  • Professional communication skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
    • Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of HVAC/R experience.
  • Availability for on-call work.
  • Ability to pass physical, drug screening, background check, and driving record review.
    • Bonus Points
  • EPA license (highly desired).
  • 3+ years of grocery refrigeration/HVAC experience.
  • Relevant education or certifications in HVAC/refrigeration.
