Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. As a Property Maintenance Specialist at ZNZFACILITIES INC., you will handle a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, contributing to the smooth operation and upkeep of residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs
- Respond promptly to service calls and address urgent repair needs
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations
- Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure high satisfaction levels
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or vocational training is a plus
