Security Officer - Commercial Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by following site-specific procedures and security-related protocols, and/or assisting with emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions taken and notifying property management and/or emergency services as needed.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of building common areas, corridors, stairwells, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and/or access issues.;
Control access points by monitoring entries and exits, checking credentials when required, and directing visitors and vendors according to site procedures.;
Complete daily activity reports and incident reports, communicate observations to the next shift and/or site leadership, and support tenant and property operations with security-related assistance as requested.
