Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location;
Operate the dispatch post by receiving calls and/or radio traffic, prioritizing requests for service, and coordinating responses with on-site officers and site contacts;
Monitor alarms, access control, and camera systems when assigned, and document observations and actions according to site procedures;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site leadership and/or public emergency services as required by post orders;
Complete timely reports and logs for dispatch activity, incident notifications, and shift communications to help support security-related operations
