Flex Security - On Call Coverage

Job Description

Garda World Security Services is hiring a Flex Surveillance Security Officer for on‑call coverage.

• Schedule and hours per week vary based on shifts that need to be covered each day. We work with YOUR schedule! Pick up shifts and hours when YOU are available. Must work at least 1 shift every 2 weeks.
• Competitive hourly wages based on the site and shift covered, on average: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour (Daily Pay is available for Garda World employees).

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity.
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises.
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors.
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

• You have an Arizona Guard License (Required).
• You have a valid Driver’s License (Required).
• You have experience in Security, Military, Law Enforcement, or Corrections.
• You can provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED.
• You are authorized to work in the U.S.
• You can ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
• You have strong report‑writing skills.
• You have good eyesight and excellent focus abilities.
• You are proficient with technology.
