Job Responsibilities
  • Identify and cultivate new prospects within your territory to meet sales goals
  • Develop and execute a cold calling strategy to target potential clients
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relations with internal and external stakeholders
  • Cross‑sell additional solutions to existing clients to enhance their experience
  • Collaborate with key decision‑makers to connect their business needs with employer products and services
Qualifications
  • Five or more years of work experience in a relevant field
  • Proven ability to exceed sales quotas and achieve targets
  • Strong business‑to‑business sales experience, preferably in human capital management or related areas
  • Excellent communication skills through all mediums (verbal, listening, written)
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree
  • Experience working on a sales quota
  • Demonstrated cold calling sales ability with a positive and assertive demeanor
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • General business acumen and a strong work ethic
