Following our leadership transition, we are expanding our direct client acquisition strategy and are seeking a top‑tier Business Development Hunter who already understands healthcare staffing contract sales. This is not a training role. This opportunity is designed for an experienced closer who brings industry relationships and execution capability.
What We Are Looking For (Read Carefully)We are seeking a high-level healthcare staffing business development professional who:
- Already has relationships within hospitals, health systems, or workforce procurement programs
- Has a proven history of closing direct staffing contracts
- Understands MSP, VMS, and vendor onboarding processes
- Can independently identify, pursue, and secure new client opportunities
- Is comfortable working in a performance‑driven environment

Compensation- 100% Commission‑Based
- 40% of Gross Profit on Qualified Placements
