We’re looking for a Sales Support Administrator who serves as the operational and relational backbone of Anchor Wave’s sales function. This role is often the first human connection prospects and clients experience, and it plays a critical role in shaping how Anchor Wave is perceived through warmth, responsiveness, professionalism, and clarity.

The Sales Support Administrator supports our Sales Director and Web Strategists (our consultative sales team) by managing communication, scheduling, CRM accuracy, agreements, follow-up, and internal coordination. Your primary objective is to sell the meeting, which means helping prospects and existing clients take the next step into a strategy conversation with a Web Strategist, where services are ultimately closed.

This is a highly people-facing role. While call volume is not high, you should be comfortable being available by phone throughout the day and proactively making outbound calls (approximately one hour per day). We’re looking for true “people people”—someone who does not hesitate to pick up the phone, understands the power of human connection, and enjoys guiding conversations forward.

This is not a passive administrative role. It’s an active, sales-support and relationship-driven position for someone who values structure and conversation, systems and service.
