Carpet One Floor & Home is seeking a customer-focused Sales Consultant to assist clients with flooring selections and purchases from initial consultation through installation.

This role is ideal for someone who is polished with customers, detail oriented, and confident measuring spaces and building project pricing.

• Assist showroom customers with flooring selections
• Guide customers through the interior design and home improvement process
• Conduct in-home measuring appointments and gather project details
• Measure spaces accurately and calculate pricing confidently
• Prepare and maintain accurate quotes, orders, and project documentation
• Communicate clearly with customers from consultation through installation
• Manage showroom traffic, phone leads, and self-generated opportunities

• Professional and positive presence with a consultative sales approach
• Natural networker who enjoys building relationships
• Strong mathematical skills and spatially inclined (required)
• Retail or in-home sales experience preferred
• Self-motivated and organized
• Saturday availability required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle

Base salary plus commission

On-target earnings: $50,000 – $85,000+ annually
