D1 is an athletic-based group training facility for adults and youth athletes ages 7 and up with a mission of providing the best fitness philosophy and facility to its athletes, empowering them to improve themselves by efficiently and consistently reaching their fitness goals.

D1 Coaches implement and instill the D1 training philosophy into every workout. They exhibit the ability to adapt and customize programs in the workouts, in order to tailor them to each athlete.

They take a personal stake in the lives of our athletes, maintaining regular contact and monitoring their individual progress toward their goals. D1 Coaches are a part of the best training environment in the industry and are integral to the success of D1 as it continues its rapid growth.

This position will be responsible for performing day-to-day facility operational tasks and executing the sales process with clients. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment. This position will focus on maintaining high levels of customer service, handling sales transactions and reporting, and supporting the efficient operation of the facility including maintaining facility cleanliness. Must be a self‑motivated, energetic, positive, team‑oriented person with a strong work ethic and a passion for sports / fitness.

• Ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction
• Handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively
• Proactively make outgoing calls, follow up on leads, book workouts, and sell D1 products and services.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with all stakeholders of the company (owners, associates, customers, community leaders, D1 Leadership Team)
• Demonstrate strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills
• Prepare and complete inventories and reporting
• Be coachable
• Use computer and software applications such as Microsoft Office as well as our point of sales system Mind Body

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year of fitness experience

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree or pursuing a degree
• 1+ years of related experience

• Monday to Friday

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
