What You’ll Do
  • Maintain existing relationships with clients, managing their region and accounts as assigned, with a goal of 100% retention.
  • Provide consistent, high-level customer service and rectify customer complaints with the goal of 0 complaints.
  • Develop and implement detailed sales strategies to build salon business in top accounts.
  • Prospect and create new relationships and business partnerships.
  • Meet assigned KPIs on a regular basis.
  • Manage and attend regular calendar appointments with existing clients and prospects.
  • Maintain current product knowledge, market knowledge, knowledge of competition, and current trends.
  • Meet deadlines for client responses, administrative duties, social media posts, and other duties.
  • Manage social media accounts, driving engagement in accordance with policy and guidelines.
  • Coordinate, support, and attend company and brand partner events regularly.
  • Other duties as assigned. A full list of performance expectations is available upon request.
Who You Are

  • Ability to have in-person meetings a minimum of 4 days per week at salons and spas
  • Proven 1+ year outside sales experience
  • Prior working experience in the professional beauty industry is beneficial
  • Skin care background recommended
  • Fast learner and highly adaptable
  • High social media acumen
  • Customer service-oriented
  • Proficient in conflict resolution
  • Moderate to proficient with numerical use
  • Strong public speaking and presentations
  • Strong computer/software proficiency
  • Zoom proficiency recommended
  • Proficient verbal and written communication
  • Daily travel to client locations
  • Ability to stand and/or sit continuously
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
