Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Tucson, AZ for an Outside Sales Representative. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting engaging sales presentations, and delivering exemplary customer service. Duties include identifying potential customers, presenting our composting solutions, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term business success.
Qualifications- Proficiency in delivering compelling Sales Presentations and showcasing product value
- Strong Relationship Building and New Business Development capabilities
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving ability and client-focused mindset
- Proven sales experience, especially in technical or environmental solutions, is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Environmental Engineering or a related field is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
