Who We’re Looking For
  • An experienced automotive salesperson ready to advance your career, or
  • A former Sales Manager or Finance Manager seeking a consultative sales role
The A-to-Z Sales Process
  • Initial Customer Engagement – Welcoming clients and understanding their needs
  • Vehicle Selection – Matching customers with the right vehicle for their lifestyle and budget
  • Test Drives – Conducting informative and engaging demonstrations
  • Product Presentation – Showcasing features, benefits, and Honda brand value
  • Trade-In Evaluation – Coordinating appraisals with our valuation team
  • Financing & Protection Options – Presenting flexible solutions and coverage options
  • Documentation & Compliance – Ensuring accurate and timely paperwork completion
  • Vehicle Delivery – Final walk-through and key hand-off
  • Post-Sale Follow-Up – Maintaining relationships to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
