Salary + Commission: starting at $50,000-$120,000

What You’ll Do- Prospect, pitch, and close deals with high‑profile clients across events, entertainment, and hospitality sectors.
- Cultivate relationships with event planners, production managers, venue operators, and decision‑makers.
- Own the full sales cycle, from cold call to contract signature to post‑sale support.
- Represent Arizona Party Rental at office visits, event site visits, client meetings, and on‑site activations.
- Be the face of a company known for quality, reliability, and white‑glove service.
- 2+ years in sales, business development, or client relations, ideally in event services, rentals, or production.
- A self‑starter who thrives under pressure and is relentlessly proactive.
- Well organized and comfortable managing a sales pipeline and reporting performance KPI’s.
- Local to the Tucson metro area with the ability to drive to client sites as needed.
- Renowned for the highest quality and most unique event rental items in southern Arizona.
- Continuously updating inventory to keep up with the newest trends in Tablescape™ (linens, dishware, flatware & glassware).
