• Approach, greet, and assist customers who enter the dealership.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening to their responses.
• Explain product performance, application, and benefits to clients.
• Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
• Build strong relationships with clients.
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company best practices.
• Participate in team and process development sessions, maintaining positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.

• Availability to work evenings and Saturdays.
• Prior automobile sales experience, preferred.
• Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales.
• Enthusiastic, with high energy throughout the day.
• Outgoing and friendly personality.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Must have a clean driving record and valid driver s license.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
