We’re seeking motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented individuals to join our Roofing Sales Team. Whether you’re new to sales or an experienced closer, we’ll meet you where you are and help you grow through our Tiered Sales System — a structured pathway that rewards performance, consistency, and leadership. You’ll start by learning the fundamentals of prospecting and relationship building, earn company-generated leads as you hit goals, and advance into senior positions with overrides and leadership opportunities.

This is a high-reward, performance-based role with uncapped commissions and paid training.

• Generate, manage, and close residential or commercial roofing leads
• Build rapport and trust with homeowners and business owners
• Perform roof inspections, present to customers, and follow up professionally
• Use CRM tools to track leads, communication, and results
• Represent Kino Roofing with integrity and professionalism in every interaction
• Continuously improve through training, mentorship, and goal setting

• Tech‑comfortable (CRM, mobile apps, Google Workspace)
• Roofing, construction, or outside sales experience preferred — not required
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Average performers: $60,000–$90,000/year

Top closers: $100,000+ annually
