Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers;
Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom including team member execution on customer service programs;
Perform all store opening/closing duties and day end procedures, including money/deposits;
Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and handle returns/exchanges efficiently;
Ensure team members adhere to posted work schedule and proper clocking in/out
