Position Summary
Seeking a Store Manager with 2+ years of management and customer service experience. Responsibilities include overseeing daily store operations, leading and developing staff, managing financial goals, and promoting a customer-centric environment. The role involves analyzing financial statements, asset protection, marketing, and working with various merchandise including jewelry, electronics, firearms, etc. The position offers a competitive wage plus performance bonuses and reports to the District Manager.
Responsibilities of a Store Manager
- Foster a customer-focused environment and address issues promptly.
- Train and develop staff.
- Recruit top talent.
- Manage store opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure asset protection and inventory control.
- Oversee store processes including loans, merchandising, and reporting.
- Drive profitability through financial analysis and goal setting.
- Maintain operational standards.
- Monitor loan and purchase processes for integrity.
- Self-development and team communication.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
- Supervisory experience.
- Ability to work with firearms and become certified.
- Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexibility to work in multiple locations and hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with POS systems and office equipment.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and cash handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively.
Bilingual applicants encouraged. The position includes a commission plan based on store performance, with details provided during interviews.
