• Genuinely greet all guests with a friendly smile and assist them in locating or obtaining merchandise based on their needs and desires.
• Learn, reference, and share current product knowledge; provide prompt recommendations and professional service, including fit, wardrobe advice, and suggestions for add‑ons.
• Emphasize brand direction and inform guests of current marketing programs and upcoming events.
• Actively participate in all store‑related meetings, working toward exceeding sales and service performance goals set by store management.

• Minimum 2+ years of guest and sales experience.
• “Get things done” mindset.
• Natural collaborator who identifies opportunities and takes initiative.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business.

• Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently.
• Regular bending, stooping, or kneeling required.
• Occasional ladder climbing.
• Routine standing for the duration of the shift (up to 8 hours).
• Ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
