Hourly Wage: $15.5 – $28.5 per hour

Additional Compensation: Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives; premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Food and Consumable associates focus on two key areas: taking care of customers and creative merchandising. Responsibilities include moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor and creating seasonal display features to meet customer needs.
