Salesperson, Sales Associate​/Assistant

Copenhagen is seeking a motivated, people-oriented individual to join our sales team. In this role, you will support the customer through their buying journey and work to build long-lasting relationships and positive customer service experiences. We are looking for someone who has strong interpersonal skills, who is motivated by collaborating and interacting with others, and has a desire to grow their career at Copenhagen through training and professional development.

Whether you are a seasoned sales associate or someone looking for a new career, the position will be offered to the person who is the right fit for our store. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills and an open, detail-oriented mindset, and will receive on-the-job training to develop their sales approach and process.

Our average sales associate makes over $70k PLUS per year and may choose their payment structure - salary plus commission or strict commission. Copenhagen’s work environment emphasizes professionalism, collaboration, and a team-oriented attitude.

Skills / Requirements

• Full Time, weekends required
• Computer literacy required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a PLUS
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Will need to submit to a drug test and background check
