Retail Sales Associate

Join us as a Retail Sales Associate  are seeking entry-level, full-time sales associates in our pawn store locations nationwide.

The successful candidate will greet and interact with customers, process sales and loan transactions, and maintain the sales floor.

Responsibilities include:

• Greets and interacts with customers to develop a rapport and provide financial solutions.
• Performs non-management open/close procedures.
• Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and maintains the display of merchandise.
• Performs sales and loan transactions in accordance with established policies and regulatory requirements.
• Handles cash and negotiable items in accordance with established policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements include:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong desire to work with customers and be team-oriented.
• Ability to multi-task and perform basic math calculations.
• Computer literate and able to operate Point-Of-Sale systems.
