We’re looking for someone energetic, outgoing, and tech-savvy to join our team at Total Wireless by Gadget Geeks Pro. If you enjoy talking to people and you’re comfortable using social media platforms like Tik Tok, Instagram, and Snapchat, this role will fit you well.

This position involves helping customers choose wireless plans and devices, keeping the store running smoothly, and supporting our in-store promotional efforts—which includes participating in short video clips, taking product photos, and helping showcase what’s happening in the store.

• Assist customers with plans, upgrades, and device issues
• Create quick in-store content such as product highlights, deal announcements, and customer-friendly videos
• Take photos and short clips for use on our social media pages
• Stay familiar with trending sounds, formats, and styles
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized
• Handle day-to-day tasks including opening/closing
• Provide great customer service and represent the brand professionally

• Energetic and comfortable interacting with people
• Confident using Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, or Snapchat
• Enjoys creating quick video clips or being part of them
• Tech-savvy and fast learner
• Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
• Can work a rotating schedule including weekends
• Thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment

The store operates seven days a week. You’ll work a rotating schedule that may include mornings, evenings, and weekends.
