Job SummaryExecutes tasks required for assigned projects to facilitate the implementation of new stores, remodels, conversions, pricing, and inventory control projects.
Duties and Responsibilities- Set fixtures according to floor layout and design specifications.
- Merchandise products both freehand and according to plan-o-gram specifications.
- Utilize scanning equipment to price, count, or locate merchandise.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or senior management.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- Retail experience in hardware/building materials preferred but not mandatory.
- Hands-on product merchandising skills.
- Willingness to travel 75-80% of workdays.
- Availability to work any day of the week.
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 100 pounds, reaching, and climbing ladders.
