YOUR ROLE

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring the store consistently meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your responsibilities include executing effective floorsets, updating marketing and merchandising displays, and ensuring the store is always "guest ready" through diligent replenishment. You bring keen attention to detail, a passion for visual standards, and a commitment to representing company values while fostering a collaborative team environment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You support the Merchandising Team Leader by driving an outstanding guest experience and ensuring the store reflects AEO Brand Standards.
• You lead floorset execution, training and coaching the floor team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring all areas meet floorset standards—from uppers and bustforms to tables and wardrobe.
• You own day‑to‑day merchandising activities, make sell‑through adjustments, and manage replenishment to keep the store in top condition.
• You promote teamwork by ensuring the merchandising team understands how to maintain AEO Brand Standards through adjustments and replenishment, keeping the store fresh.
• You prioritize guest experience, champion a culture of recognition, and celebrate team wins.
• You uphold store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, adhere to AEO policies, and implement shrink‑reduction strategies.
