Job Description: As a member of our management team, you will be responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example, follow policy and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew.
Advancement: Successful candidates can progress toward a General Manager position and are eligible for performance‑based bonuses. The company promotes from within.
Qualifications- Prior leadership experience preferred
- Hunger to learn and follow proven systems
- Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be 18 years or older
