Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Catering Lead in the Greater Tucson Area. The Catering Lead is responsible for managing catering orders, ensuring timely preparation, and delivering high-quality food and service to clients. Responsibilities include collaboration with the cafe team, organizing delivery schedules, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring catering operations run smoothly. This role also involves upholding high food safety and cleanliness standards to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

  • This is a 40 =/- hour a week hourly position
  • Income averages $17 - $20 per hour including hourly wage and gratuities
  • Catering Lead must have open availability:
  • Hours vary – Monday – Friday, typically with early morning hours and weekends as needed
  • Time Off may be scheduled in advance
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Food Service and Catering operations
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage scheduling and multitask
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance is a plus
  • Experience in a similar role or food service environment is highly desirable
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and lead a team when necessary
