Service and Hospitality Manager– Agave House
At Agave House, we believe great service starts with taking care of our people. As a Service and Hospitality Manager, you’ll help lead daily operations while fostering a fun, supportive, and respectful environment for both staff and guests.
This is a hands‑on, floor‑focused role. You’ll lead during service, support staff development, help with scheduling and time clock details, and help maintain high standards across the restaurant. We also invest in our leaders — including opportunities for tequila and agave spirits education and certification
, paid for by the company. We are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day!
Responsibilities include:
- Opening and closing the restaurant (More Closing)
- Leading and supporting the floor team during service
- Scheduling shifts and assigning sections
- Training, and mentoring staff
- Handling guest questions and concerns professionally
- Ensuring cash handling, and inventory accuracy
- Maintaining health and safety standards
Qualifications:
- 18+ years old
- Food Handler & Title 4 certified (or able to obtain)
- Prior restaurant leadership experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and people skills
- Available nights, weekends, and holidays
