Verify guests are the legal drinking age, according to state guidelines;
Maintain exceptional menu knowledge to concisely answer question on all aspects of the different menu categories;
Guide guest through the menu and suggest appropriate upgrades to their meal;
Take guests drink and food orders correctly entering that into POS system while making drinks for the rest of the servers;
Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of alcoholic beverages, wines, beers, and other beverages to better aid guests.
