Research Associate III​/Senior Research Associate; Stability

Position: Research Associate III/Senior Research Associate (Stability)
Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Research Associate III/Senior Research Associate (Stability) for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Pharmaceutical clients in Tucson, AZ.

Responsibilities
:
Responsible for conducting research, development and manufacturing laboratory experimentation and other scientific activities to support Ventana projects.

• Designs experimental plan to support project objectives.
• Execute bench experiments; makes detailed and general observations and analyzes data.
• Prepare technical reports, summaries, and quantitative analyses.
• Normally acts independently for developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
• Identify and implements improvements to work processes and laboratory environment.
• Work on extremely complex problems in which analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangible variables.
• Exercise independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
• Participate or leads cross functional technical teams such as a failure investigation or core team.
• Work well in a team environment by being a productive project team member, suggesting creative solutions to problems and providing input to project planning.
• Troubleshoot problems and institutes corrective action.
• Prepare and presents experimental procedures and results in group and project teams.

Required Skills
:

• Research Associate III level: 4+ years of experience post-college with a bachelor's degree
• Senior Research Associate level: 6+years of experience post-college with a bachelor's degree, or 1+ years post-college experience with a master's degree.

Preferred Skills
:

• Industry experience
• Experience with IHC and ISH
