Senior Research Associate; Stability

We are currently seeking a Senior Research Associate (Stability) for a prominent client. This position is located in Tucson, AZ
. Details for the position are as follows:

Pay: $38
Duration: 2 years

• BS 6+ post grad or MS 1+ years' post grad experience, No PhD

• Stability group does verification studies for checking the real time stability of products.
• Looking for a quick learner to carry out various experiments, all with their own protocol. Sounds repetitive.
• Will also design some studies, so past exp performing similar studies would be a plus. Report writing/summarizing data another part of role.
• Studies are predominantly IHC, ISH assays.
• Studies assigned by Nikita based on workload & experience. Study Leads and Study Support. Will start in Support then move up to Lead over time.
• Any stakeholder interaction would be internal (PHCS), not external.

• Responsible for conducting research, development and manufacturing laboratory experimentation and other scientific activities to support Ventana projects.
• Designs experimental plan to support project objectives.
• Executes bench experiments; makes detailed and general observations and analyzes data.
• Prepares technical reports, summaries and quantitative analyses.
• Normally acts independently for developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
• Identifies and implements improvements to work processes and laboratory environment.
• Works on extremely complex problems in which analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangible variables.
• Exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
• Participates or leads cross functional technical teams such as a failure investigation or core team.
• Works well in a team environment by being a productive project team member, suggesting creative solutions to problems and providing input to project planning.
• Troubleshoots problems and institutes corrective action.
• Prepares and presents experimental procedures and results in group and project teams.
