• Design and conduct stability studies for pharmaceutical products

• Develop and validate analytical methods for stability testing
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with GLP guidelines
• Mentor junior staff and support training initiatives

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in stability or related research roles
• Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines and industry best practices
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software and data interpretation
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
